5G Wireless System Deployment

I’m ready to roll out a full-scale 5G wireless communication system and need a telecommunications professional who can drive the entire implementation. The role is hands-on: turning requirements into a working network, guiding teams on-site and remotely, and ensuring that every milestone meets international as well as local compliance standards.

Because we’re moving straight into deployment, I’m looking for someone with an extensive background—around eighteen years—in both national and cross-border projects, comfortable coordinating multiple vendors while keeping project documentation airtight. A solid history in project management is important, yet the primary focus here is technical implementation: radio planning, core network integration, performance optimisation and final acceptance testing.

Key deliverables:
• End-to-end implementation plan covering RAN, transport and core
• Detailed site and frequency design ready for regulatory submission
• Integration, optimisation and hand-over reports that satisfy carrier-grade KPIs

I will provide existing design assets, licences and vendor contacts; you’ll refine, execute and close. Familiarity with modern toolsets—drive-test suites, OSS/BSS platforms, and cloud-native 5G core components—is expected.
