I already have a clear concept and now need it turned into a production-ready mechanical design in SolidWorks. The job is firmly in the detailed-design phase: every part must be modeled, toleranced, and fitted into a complete assembly that a manufacturer can quote from without guesswork.

I will share sketches, functional requirements, and any reference models I have. From there, I expect you to build the full SolidWorks project, keep the feature tree clean, and follow best-practice naming so future edits are easy.

To make expectations crystal-clear, here is what I need back:

• Native SolidWorks 3D part and assembly files
• Fully dimensioned 2D drawings for each component and the overall assembly
• Exploded views and a BOM with material specs and quantities
• A brief design note highlighting critical tolerances, fasteners, and any assumptions

All geometry must be ready for CNC machining and standard sheet-metal fabrication. Please include any DFM improvements you spot and flag potential interference issues before final hand-off. I am available for quick calls or screen shares if you need clarification along the way, and I’d like progress updates at logical checkpoints so we both stay aligned.

If SolidWorks is your daily workspace and you enjoy polishing a concept into a tight, manufacturable package, I’d like to hear how quickly you can jump in and what similar projects you’ve wrapped up recently.
