50k Marketplace Portal & App

I’m looking for a complete marketplace listing solution built with PHP (latest stable version) and MySQL on the back-end, paired with a native Android app. The web portal should let me manage three distinct roles—Admin, Seller, and Buyer—each with the appropriate dashboards and permissions.

Key points I need covered:
• Web portal: clean UI for adding, editing, and browsing listings, plus the usual order flow and reports an admin would expect.
• Role management: separate logins and capabilities for Admin, Seller, and Buyer, all controllable from the admin panel.
• Android app: native code (Java or Kotlin) that mirrors the core buyer experience, supports user profiles, and delivers real-time push notifications for orders, messages, and system updates.
• Shared database: a single MySQL schema so data stays perfectly in sync between web and mobile.

Deliverables
1. Source code for the PHP portal and the Android app, both ready to compile or deploy.
2. SQL schema and seed data scripts.
3. Brief setup guide and a walkthrough video showing the end-to-end flow for each role.

I’ll consider the project complete once I can install the portal on my server, publish the APK to a test device, and verify that logins, listings, profiles, and push notifications all work seamlessly.
