4K Video Enhancement Project

I have 178 short narrative clips plus 12 completed music-video numbers that were originally rendered at 720p. I now need every one of them professionally up-scaled and polished so they are broadcast-ready in either 4K or, if you can demonstrate a clear benefit, 8K. Scope of the grade
The files already sit in final running order with music and sound-effects correctly mixed. What I need from you is:

• Resolution upgrade from 720p to a clean, artifact-free UHD master.
• Lighting and overall sharpness improved shot-by-shot so the material feels current and cinematic.
• Any additional touch-ups the footage clearly demands (subtle colour balancing, noise cleanup, gentle stabilisation, etc.)—I am open to your professional judgement here.

Dual-delivery requirement
For each of the 190 assets I must receive two exports:
1. A full-mix version that preserves the existing music/SFX exactly as supplied.
2. A silent version, identical in length and frame-rate, for our picture editor.

Tech notes & hand-off
• Please keep original time-codes and file names.
• Frame rate must remain unchanged; no motion interpolation.
• Final files: ProRes 422 HQ or high-bit-rate H.264, plus a small proxy set for quick review.
• I work in DaVinci Resolve, so a DR project archive (or XML/EDL) alongside the renders would be welcome but not mandatory.

Acceptance criteria
– No visible up-scaling artifacts at 100 % zoom on a 4K monitor.
– Colour shifts remain natural and consistent from shot to shot.
– Audio in “full-mix” exports matches the guide tracks sample-accurately.
– Each “silent” export is sample-and-frame identical to its paired mix.

If you have experience using tools such as Topaz Video AI, DaVinci Resolve Studio, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar high-end pipelines, please mention it and include a short before/after example so I can judge your quality.
