4D BIM Specialist Needed for Construction SYNCHRO ( 15 months ) monthly rate needed

4D BIM Specialist – Synchro / Fuzor | Monthly Freelance Contract

We are looking for an experienced 4D BIM Specialist to support an ongoing construction project (Package 04) on a monthly basis for 15 months

Scope of Work:

Develop and update 4D BIM models using Synchro.

Populate Revit models with the required 4D parameters.

Link BIM model elements to construction schedules.

Produce monthly 4D construction animation videos.

Prepare planned vs. actual progress comparisons.

Generate specific area views and construction sequences.

Prepare lookahead schedules.

Deliver editable native 4D model files.

Project Information:

Revit WIP models and baseline construction schedules will be provided via a cloud-based platform.

The freelancer will manage the complete 4D BIM workflow, with monthly submissions throughout the construction stage.

Requirements:

Proven experience in 4D BIM construction simulation.

Proficiency in Synchro

Strong knowledge of Revit and construction scheduling.

Previous experience on large-scale construction projects.

Ability to work independently and meet monthly deadlines.
