4500sqft Plumbing CAD Drawings - 15/09/2026 00:20 EDT

Our 4,500 sq ft commercial build-out needs a full set of shop drawings for both underground and overhead plumbing. The floor plan includes three restrooms and one break room, and I will forward the current architectural DWG set so you can coordinate your work with existing walls, columns, and slab penetrations.

What the drawings must show
• Pipe sizes and types—underground lines are all PVC as specified, while overhead materials can follow standard commercial best practice.
• Exact locations of all plumbing fixtures called out in the architectural plan.
• Clearly labelled water-supply and sanitary drainage layouts, complete with slopes, clean-outs, vents, and any required backflow devices.

Scope
– Produce dimensionally accurate plan, elevation, and riser views.
– Identify sleeve and core-drill requirements for slab and wall penetrations.
– Provide separate layers for underground vs. overhead runs to simplify coordination.
– Deliver DWG and PDF sets ready for permit submission.

Acceptance
A completed package will overlay cleanly on the architectural background, list every fixture tag referenced, and pass a clash check in AutoCAD or Revit with no interference flags.
