45–60s Explainer Animation Needed

I’m looking for a creative freelancer to produce a professional 45–60 second animated explainer video for my company, TCJ Virtual Pro.

TCJ provides outsourced customer complaint management services, helping businesses communicate with customers, document and track complaints, coordinate resolutions, and reduce administrative workload.

The video should clearly explain what TCJ does, how our complaint intake process works, and the benefits of our services.

I’m looking for colorful, modern, eye-catching animation with engaging characters, smooth transitions, a professional female voiceover, upbeat background music, and captions. The video should feel welcoming, polished, and memorable.

The final video will be used on our website and social media platforms.
