4-Hour Apartment Building Mock-Up

I have an existing structure and need to present how a new apartment block with an attached garage will look when it is built on top of it. The final model must highlight the current façade, overlay the proposed addition with a fully detailed exterior—windows, doors, trims—and be ready within four hours of project start. Google SketchUp is preferred, but any software that delivers a clean, share-ready .skp or compatible file is fine.

Two perspectives are essential: a street-level view that shows how the new façade meets the street and an aerial view that captures rooflines and overall massing. No interior modelling is required; focus your time on accurate proportions, materials that roughly match brick, glass and metal tones, and a convincing blend between old and new.

Deliverables:
• Native project file (.skp or equivalent)
• High-resolution JPG/PNG of the street-level view
• High-resolution JPG/PNG of the aerial view

I will provide site photos and basic dimensions as soon as you accept so you can begin immediately and hit the four-hour turnaround.
