I need a land planner who can turn my handwritten vision into a concise PowerPoint that markets five new 4-acre (or larger) flag lots on a 24-acre tract. The zoning already permits parcels of four acres or greater, so the aim is simply to illustrate how those five lots can fit entirely within Quail Call Lots 1 and 2—never encroaching on Lot 3—while reserving at least one “safe” acre on each parcel for a future homesite.
This is a concept plan, so survey-grade precision is unnecessary; clean, believable geometry that reflects the acreage targets is all I’m after. The key element I want to showcase is a clear, easy-to-understand lot layout that sells the idea to stakeholders. You may reference the previously drawn 1-acre scheme I’ve attached, but ultimately the finished slides should highlight the superior 4-acre configuration.
Deliverable: a short PowerPoint deck containing the conceptual site map and any brief explanatory notes you feel strengthen the presentation. If you typically draft in CAD, SketchUp, or GIS first and then export to PowerPoint, that workflow is perfectly fine—as long as the final file is a polished .pptx ready for me to forward to partners.
Let me know your estimated turnaround and any clarifying questions you have about the tract or zoning language, and we can get started right away.
