I need a clean, production-ready CNC program to machine a welding fixture. The job is strictly CNC programming—no shop time—so I’ll provide the 3D model and any critical dimensions; you’ll translate that into efficient toolpaths that hold tight, repeatable tolerances typical for welding applications.

Please generate the program in Mastercam so I can post-process to my Haas controller. The fixture will be cut on a 3-axis mill, but if a short 4th-axis setup would improve accuracy or cycle time I’m open to it. Chip load, step-downs, and coolant strategy should all favor rigidity and surface integrity, as the fixture must remain stable under welding heat.

Deliverables:
• Mastercam file with documented operations
• Verified G-code ready for HAAS (G54 offset)
• Setup sheet with tooling list, speeds & feeds
• A quick simulation screenshot or video proving clearance

I’ll review the code in NC Viewer and run a dry cycle first, so clear labeling of operations is essential. Once we confirm the post runs without alarms, the project is complete and I’m happy to leave prompt feedback.
