3D VFX Artist for Skincare Product Animations -- 2

I am looking for an experienced 3D generalist/VFX artist for an upcoming commercial project for a premium skincare brand. The project involves 3D product modeling, texturing, studio lighting, and dynamic physics simulations.

Project Overview:
We are creating a set of seamless web-optimized looping videos (5–8 seconds each) for 4 distinct cosmetic products.

Scope of Work (Per Product):
3D Modeling & Texturing: Accurately model the product packaging (bottles/jars) and apply provided label artwork.
Look-Dev: Set up high-end, photorealistic studio lighting and premium backgrounds for client approval prior to animation.
Animation 1 (The Twirl): A seamless 5-to-8-second 360-degree rotation of the product.
Animation 2 (The Dynamic FX): A 5-to-8-second simulation of the product itself. The 4 specific effects required are:
Powder puff / dispersal
Fine mist spray
Powder-to-water activation
Oil drop / flowing oil
Required Deliverables (Per Animation):
Aspect Ratios: 16:9 (Desktop) and 9:16 (Mobile)
Uncompressed 4K Master (MP4/MOV)
Compressed 1080p web-ready file (under 8MB, 30fps)
1 High-res static poster frame
Raw 3D Source Files: Must be packaged and handed over upon project completion.
Workflow & Pilot:
We will be starting with a paid pilot for one complete product (modeling + twirl + FX) to establish the style and workflow. Once the pilot is approved by the client, we will immediately roll into production on the remaining three products.
