3D Townhouse Exterior Visualisations

I have three townhouse design ready in detailed 2-D PDFs, complete with colour schedules and material notes. Now I want to see them brought to life as high-quality architectural visualisations.

What I need
• For the 3 townhouses, a set of exterior renders that clearly show the front, rear and one prominent side.
• Realistic lighting, accurate material mapping and landscaping that match the colour and finish information already provided.
• Final images delivered as high-resolution JPEG/PNG (minimum 4K) plus the original 3-D source files in whichever tool you prefer—SketchUp, 3ds Max + V-Ray, Lumion, Blender or similar.

Acceptance check
The images should read like a polished presentation board: crisp edges, balanced shadows, no noise or distortion, and enough context (driveway, minimal planting, sky) to help a buyer visualise scale. I will sign off once each view aligns with the PDFs and colour specs.

All plans and reference files will be supplied immediately after the project is awarded, and I’m happy to answer questions in real time so revisions stay minimal.
