I’m taking a new die-cast line from idea to tooling and need a production-oriented 3D model of a realistic, modern supercar. The goal is a file my casting vendor can drop straight into their mold-making workflow, so surface continuity, draft angles, wall thickness, and split lines all have to be ready for CNC.

Here’s what I already know:
• Form factor: contemporary sports/supercar proportions—think low, wide, aggressive, but believable on today’s roads.
• Manufacturing process: zinc-alloy die casting at 1:32 scale, followed by plastic interior and wheel inserts.
• Output formats preferred by the factory: STEP or IGES for master geometry, plus STL for quick print checks.

What I’ll need from you:
1. A clean, watertight 3D model with proper parting lines and 1–2° draft everywhere metal meets the mold.
2. Separate bodies for exterior shell, chassis plate, interior tub, glass, and wheel set (so the tooling engineer can gate each piece).
3. Basic dimension sheet (overall length, width, height, wheelbase, and mounting post positions) to confirm it fits the packaging spec.
4. A brief note on any areas that may need EDM or side actions, so I can budget those operations early.

I work in SolidWorks myself, so if you model in that ecosystem it’s a plus, but Rhino, Fusion 360, or Alias are fine as long as the final STEP opens cleanly. Send over a couple of portfolio images—especially if you’ve done scale-model or toy work—and let me know your estimated turnaround.
