3D STEP Model: Plastic Toy

I have a medium-sized plastic toy (roughly between 10 cm and 30 cm) that must be reproduced as an accurate 3D model. The sole purpose of the file is to go straight to my mould maker in China, so every contour and snap-fit detail needs to translate cleanly into their tooling software.

Deliverable
• A watertight, production-ready STEP file that mirrors the physical sample in every dimension and surface detail.
(Optional STL or OBJ exports are welcome if you already generate them during your workflow, but the STEP file is the requirement.)

Workflow & Expectations
You will receive high-resolution photos, key dimensions, and any additional reference measurements you need. If you use reverse-engineering tools such as structured-light scanning, please let me know up-front so we can arrange shipping of the part. Otherwise, traditional CAD reconstruction from the supplied visuals is fine as long as we reach the necessary tolerance for injection moulding.

Before final hand-off, I’d like one round of minor tweaks to confirm fit and parting-line considerations. Once approved, please supply the final STEP file (and any agreed extras) packaged and ready to forward.
