I need a precise digital recreation of an existing shoe outersole that currently has a hole. After taking measurements and photographs I will share, your task is to rebuild the sole in full detail—complete tread pattern included—so I can take the file straight to a 3-D printer for a replacement.
The sole must match the original geometry closely enough to press-fit onto the shoe once printed. Please work to real-world scale, keep the mesh watertight, and maintain clean edge flow so no artifacts appear during slicing. I will supply multiple high-resolution reference images of the intact areas plus dimensions for thickness, length, and tread depth.
Deliverables
• One ready-to-print 3MF file of the outersole, detailed with treads
• Any native design file (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Blender, or similar) for future tweaks
I’m happy to answer clarifying questions and can provide extra photos or measurements as you progress. Let me know your typical turnaround time and which software you prefer so we can get started.
