3D Scan Cleanup & Print Prep

I have a raw 3D scan in PLY format that needs professional clean-up so I can print it as a fully functional PLA part. The geometry still shows typical scan artefacts—stray triangles, small holes, and rough surfaces—so the file must be repaired, made watertight, and optimised for FDM printing.
Once the mesh is solid, please check wall thickness, close any gaps, add gentle chamfers where sharp edges could lift on the bed, and simplify the polygon count only where detail will not be lost. The goal is a print-ready STL that slices without errors in Cura and meets standard PLA tolerances (±0.2 mm on critical features).
Deliverables
• Final STL, error-free and manifold
• A lightweight, decimated OBJ (helpful for previews)
• Brief change log noting the major fixes you applied
I will test-slice the file on receipt; payment is released once it passes the Cura mesh checks and shows no red surfaces or non-manifold edges.
