**Reel Reconstruction from 3D Scan + DXF for Laser Cutting**

I need a reel recreated with clean, fresh geometry using supplied 3D scan data and reference photographs. The scan and images will be attached to the project files.

The finished model must accurately match the original reel’s dimensions, proportions and details. Please use the scan as the dimensional reference, repair missing or incomplete areas using the photographs, and remove scanning noise and surface artefacts.

I also need a **2D DXF of the reel’s top plate**, including its outer profile and all internal cutouts and holes, so I can laser cut this part myself from sheet metal.

**Requirements**
- Preserve the exact scale of the supplied scan and confirm dimensions in millimetres.
- Reconstruct clean geometry rather than simply smoothing the raw mesh.
- Ensure the DXF matches the corresponding features of the finished 3D model.
- Supply the DXF at 1:1 scale with closed contours, no duplicate lines and all geometry on a single plane.
- Keep the DXF at nominal dimensions without kerf compensation; I will handle cutting allowances.

**Deliverables**
- Clean STL of the recreated reel.
- Laser-cutting DXF file of the top plate.
- Preview images and key dimensions for approval before final delivery.

Please include your price, estimated turnaround and examples of similar scan-to-CAD work. Flag any unclear dimensions or details before proceeding.
