3D Prototype STL Creation

I need a functional prototype part translated into a clean, watertight STL that can head straight to the printer with zero repair work. You will receive reference photos and sketches that show the overall geometry and critical features; I’m open to your CAD tool of choice (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Rhino, etc.) as long as the final export is an STL.

Dimensional precision matters because this part must mate with existing hardware, so the model should respect the measurements I will supply once we start. Please address tolerances appropriate for common FDM and resin workflows and orient the design to minimise supports where practical.

Deliverables
• Final print-ready STL
• Native CAD file (STEP or equivalent) so I can iterate later
• A brief note on recommended print settings or any design assumptions made

I’ll review by loading the STL into PrusaSlicer and checking for mesh errors; passing this check and matching the provided dimensions will constitute acceptance.
