I need assistance with repairing and calibrating my Mars Elegoo and Neptune 4 3D printers. I've encountered a hardware issue after cleaning up some print failures (often referred to as "spaghetti").

I have a elegoo resin printer where the prints seem to fail and are not very sturdy and a filament printers that went all speghetti and I think i damaged it cleaning it off.
