I need a complete, head-to-toe suit of cosplay armor produced in 3D-printed plastic. The finish should sit comfortably between simple utility and screen-accurate complexity: crisp, moderately detailed surface work that photographs well but won’t add unnecessary weight or fragility.
I will supply my body measurements and reference images once we connect. From there, I’m relying on you to handle the digital modeling (or adapt an existing file set), print the pieces, sand and prime them, and apply a base coat so the armor arrives convention-ready for final touch-ups. Hinges, straps, and padding must be integrated so the suit is wearable for several hours at a time.
Deliverables
• Printable 3D files (STL/OBJ) matched to my measurements
• Fully finished plastic parts for the entire body—including helmet, torso, arms, legs, and boots—ready to assemble and wear
• Basic paint pass in the agreed color scheme
• Assembly guide with hardware list and fit instructions
Once I receive the suit I will test fit and provide feedback; minor sizing tweaks or part replacements, if needed, are part of the acceptance criteria. If you have experience with convention-grade armor and can ship securely, let’s talk timelines and milestones.
