I need an accurate 3D model of the WHOOP 5.0 sensor body (model WS50), exactly as
shown in the attached photo, at real size. The model WILL BE 3D PRINTED, so it must
be designed for printing (see below).

Overall size: 34.7 x 24 x 10.6 mm (L x W x H), published spec. I will confirm
with calipers and send my measurements; use my measurements where they differ.

MOST IMPORTANT – THE STRAP HINGE:
The strap connection must be dimensionally accurate. That means the raised stepped
block at the end where the strap clips in, the groove along the bottom edge, and the
small hole at the other end. The printed part must click into the real WHOOP strap
just like the original device. Tolerance on these features: ±0.1 mm.
My caliper measurements:
- Hinge block: width __ mm, height __ mm, depth __ mm, step height __ mm
- Groove: width __ mm, depth __ mm, length __ mm
- Hole: diameter __ mm, distance from end __ mm

MUST BE 3D-PRINTABLE:
- Printer: FDM, 0.4 mm nozzle, PLA+ / PETG
- Clean, watertight (manifold) STL: no holes, no inverted or zero-thickness faces
- Minimum wall thickness 1.2 mm; no feature thinner than 0.8 mm
- Flat bottom face that sits on the print bed
- Hinge designed to print with no supports or minimal supports; use chamfers
instead of fillets on downward-facing edges where possible
- Hinge clearance as an editable parameter (default 0.15 mm) so I can tune the
fit after test prints
- Tell me the best print orientation

Other requirements:
- Units in mm, 1:1 real scale
- Match the outer shape: curved top, flat bottom, rounded edges and chamfers
- Solid outer body only (no electronics or internal parts)
- No text, logos or engraving needed

Deliverables:
- Parametric SolidWorks file (.SLDPRT) – required
- STEP + STL files
- A screenshot showing the key dimensions

I will test-print the model. If it doesn't print cleanly or the hinge doesn't fit
the strap, you fix it (2 revisions included).

Budget: $5 fixed. Please only bid if you are OK with $5. No counter-offers
