3D-Printable Animated Robot Head

I'm looking for a skilled 3D CAD designer to create a functional, 3D-printable robot head based on my reference image. The design must accommodate an M5Stack CoreS3, include LED-illuminated eyes and mouth, a camera, USB-C port, and feature a neck that can move both rotationally and tilting.

Requirements:
- Editable CAD/STEP files
- STL files compatible with Bambu P1S printer
- Primary material: PETG
