3D PDF to SolidWorks Conversion

I have a detailed 3D PDF of a large industrial machine that must be rebuilt in SolidWorks 2023 as quickly as possible. The goal is straightforward: create a production-ready assembly so my manufacturing team can pull accurate dimensions, verify clearances, and plan fabrication without opening the PDF each time.

Key expectations
• Faithful geometry: every part must match the PDF’s exact dimensions (can be measured on the PDF).
• Functional relationships: mates, sub-assemblies, and motion limits need to reflect the original part interactions so interference checks work out of the box.
• Native files: supply a clean SolidWorks 2023 .sldasm and the complete set of referenced .sldprt files—no imported dumb solids or missing links.
• Production-ready PDFs: provide PDFs for each part using our company template for production purposes.
• Avoid mesh approximations: circles must retain their true shape with defined centers. An exported file from paid software attempts is available for reference if it helps with measurements.

No extra annotations, redesign, or optimisation work is required; I simply need a one-to-one conversion that opens flawlessly in SolidWorks 2023.
