3D PC Game Prototype

I’m in the early stages of creating an indie game and I need a small, working prototype that runs on PC and shows off a cohesive 3-dimensional look and feel. The exact genre is still open, so I’m most interested in the underlying systems: movement, basic interaction, and a short gameplay loop that lets me test overall flow and performance.
I picture a clean 3D art style—think simple yet polished environments and characters that can later be expanded. Feel free to suggest the engine you prefer (Unity, Unreal, Godot, or another that can quickly export a Windows build); what matters is getting a solid, maintainable foundation.
To keep things concrete, here’s what I’d like to receive:
• A playable Windows build demonstrating core mechanics and a title/menu scene
• All project source files, organised and ready for future iteration
• A short read-me covering controls, build steps, and any third-party assets or plugins used
If you have previous 3D prototypes or vertical slices you can share, I’d love to see them to gauge style and workflow compatibility. Let’s create something small, stable, and impressive that we can grow into a complete game later on.
