Overview
Work Rest Play Here holds a group of adjoining industrial lots along Blueridge Drive, Dubbo NSW, numbered 16 through 28. We need a freelancer to build this site in our Archistar account, place the existing constructed buildings and the already-approved future buildings on it, then produce options for extending the community title subdivision across the lots that are still undecided. This project is referred to internally as “Lease Friend Master Plan Options.”
Scope of Work
1. Kickoff briefing (20 min, Teams/Zoom) — A short call at the start to walk through the plans, the site and the goals for the project before modelling begins.
Log in to the client's Archistar account and combine the lots from 16 to 28 Blueridge Drive into a single site. From there, the brief has three outcomes:
2. Existing buildings — Model and place the buildings already constructed at 2-20 Blueridge Drive, 18 Blueridge Drive and 28 Blueridge Drive, matching the approved plans provided.
3. Approved future buildings — Model and place the buildings that are already DA-approved but not yet built: 16 Blueridge Drive, Lot 5 / 20 Blueridge Drive, and 26 Blueridge Drive — per their approved plans.
4. Community title extension options — Develop 3 alternative master plans exploring how the community title subdivision could be extended across the remaining lots (22 and 24 Blueridge Drive), each a distinct option rather than minor variations on one layout.
5. Closing coaching session (30 min, Teams/Zoom) — Once the above is complete, a session where the freelancer walks our team through how to use the plans within Archistar to develop further 3D building options ourselves.
Reference Material
DA-approved plans, site plans and ownership/boundary plans for all lots are provided to work from, along with a reference render of the existing built form (materials and colours to match).
Access
The client will grant the freelancer collaborator access to the Archistar account before work starts. All modelling is done inside that account — no separate software required.
Freelancer Requirements
• Strong spoken and written English — this is a must, given the kickoff briefing and closing coaching session.
• Based in Australia preferred, ideally able to join calls in Australian business hours.
• Good potential for ongoing work beyond this brief if it goes well — worth noting for anyone assessing the opportunity.
Deliverables
Deliverable Description
Combined site One Archistar site combining the 16–28 Blueridge Drive lots, built in the client's Archistar account.
Existing buildings The constructed buildings at 2-20, 18 and 28 Blueridge Drive placed accurately into that site.
Approved future buildings The already DA-approved (not yet built) buildings at 16 Blueridge Drive, Lot 5 / 20 Blueridge Drive, and 26 Blueridge Drive, modelled per their approved plans.
Community title extension options 3 alternative master plans exploring how the community title subdivision could be extended across the remaining lots (22 and 24 Blueridge Drive), each visually distinct.
Timeline & Fees
Target turnaround: 1–2 weeks from access being granted, bookended by the kickoff briefing and closing coaching session
Fees: Hourly rate preferred — please propose a rate so we can agree it before starting
