Large quantities of models, we will pay $15 per model, we need 2,000 models ready, most of the time it will be a logo change.
We make 3D models— figures, fidget toys, and similar small items. They are about 80–90% finished. Your job is to finish them so they are ready to print. You will not print anything. We print in our own shop. You only send us files. This is ongoing work. We send 40 to 400 models each week. You can be one person or a studio. OUR SETUP • Printer: Bambu Lab P1S (FDM) • Nozzle: 0.4 mm • Build volume: 256 x 256 x 256 mm • Model size: 41 mm • Slicer: Bambu Studio These are small models. Detail that is too fine will not print at this size. WHAT TO DO WITH EACH FILE • Repair the mesh. It must be watertight and manifold. • Fix the back, sides, and underside. The AI often gets these wrong. • Scale the model to 41 mm. • Minimum wall thickness is 1 mm. Thicken anything thinner. • Make thin parts stronger so they do not break. For example: fingers, swords, hair. At this size they fail easily. • Simplify detail that is too small to print at this size. • Give the model a flat bottom surface that sits on the print bed. Some models stand upright. Others lay flat. Use whichever suits the model, and make that face truly flat so it sticks to the bed. • Center the model on the origin, sitting on the bed at Z zero, so we can drop it straight onto a plate. • If the model has moving parts, set the correct clearance so they move after printing and do not fuse together.
