3D MAX / Ai Renders

Project Title: 3ds Max Atrium Updates – Architectural Motif Modeling & Rendering

We are seeking an experienced architectural 3D artist to update an existing atrium scene EITHER with 3ds Max or Ai and re-render the existing views.

We will provide the 3ds Max model, cameras, existing renders, design references, and AutoCAD drawings.
Scope of Work
Update the following four architectural elements according to the supplied drawings and references:
1. Columns: Model the new column design and apply the specified new material.
2. Skylight: Update the skylight frame and pattern, including the GRG elements below and the supporting steel structure.
3. Balcony: Model the new balustrade and railing.
4. Flooring: Update the floor pattern.
After completing these changes, re-render all existing shots using the same cameras and lighting, at the existing image resolution.
All geometry must accurately match the drawings and remain clean, organized, and optimized.
Required Deliverables
• Updated, editable 3ds Max scene with all associated textures.
• Final renders of every existing shot at the original resolution.
• Render passes in EXR format for subsequent AI enhancement.
Required Experience
• Strong proficiency in 3ds Max and architectural visualization.
• Experience modeling detailed architectural ornaments and decorative elements.
• Ability to interpret AutoCAD drawings and visual references accurately.
• Experience working within existing scenes while maintaining visual consistency.
