I have an existing logo that I’d like transformed into a 3-D trailer-hitch cover I can print on my Bambu P1S. I will supply the artwork; you turn it into a clean, watertight STL that is ready for PLA.
Because I don’t have fixed dimensions yet, I’m looking for your guidance on overall size, receiver insert length, and wall thickness so the piece seats firmly in a 2-inch hitch while still printing reliably. Feel free to suggest simple mechanical features such as a clip hole or beveled edges if they improve strength or ease of printing.
Deliverable
• One optimized STL file that drops straight into Bambu Studio with no slicing errors or non-manifold warnings.
Once I test-print the file, minor tweaks for fit or printability are part of the job so the final model snaps in place and shows the logo sharply.
