I already have finalized 2D floor plans and now want them transformed into a complete 3-dimensional model that feels as lifelike as possible. The aesthetic is firmly Modern, and the scope covers three key areas of the home: the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom.
What matters most to me is realism—accurate lighting, convincing materials, and detailed textures that let me virtually “walk” through each space. Think high-quality ray-traced renders, carefully chosen furniture pieces, and subtle décor touches that reflect a modern palette.
You will receive PDF and DWG files of the floor plans. From there, I expect:
• A clean 3D model faithful to the provided dimensions
• Photorealistic still renders (4K) for each room from multiple angles
• Source file in the native software you use (SketchUp + V-Ray, 3ds Max + Corona, Blender + Cycles—your choice)
• Up to two revision rounds for tweaks to materials, lighting, or furnishings
Accuracy to the plans, balanced lighting, and crisp textures are the acceptance criteria. If this aligns with your workflow, let’s bring these rooms to life.
