3D Interior Renders for Apartments

I have two distinct apartment footprints that need to be transformed into photorealistic 3D interior views for marketing and sales materials. The goal is to give potential buyers a clear, inviting sense of each space, so every room—from entryway to bedrooms, baths, kitchen, and living areas—must feel fully finished, furnished, and naturally lit.

You will receive CAD/PDF plans and a short style guide outlining finishes and furniture direction. Using those, please:

• Build the complete 3D model of each apartment.
• Apply textures, materials, lighting, and décor that align with the provided style guide.
• Produce high-resolution still renders (minimum 4K) that showcase the full apartment layout as well as two or three hero angles per unit suitable for web and print marketing.

Final files should be delivered as layered PSDs or TIFFs plus the raw 3D scene files (3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, or equivalent) so future updates are possible.
