3D Interior Model of New Construction

I'm seeking a skilled 3D modeler to create an interior model of a home renovation project currently under construction. The model should include the living room, dining area, and kitchen, and be detailed with furniture, fixtures, wall colors, flooring etc. There is an existing family room that would be helpful to model as well. I have engineering drawings. Approx 1000 sq ft. I have a builder and kitchen cabinet designer. I need someone to 3D render the whole thing together so that I can make flooring and fixture decisions. I do not need you to source anything. I just need general color and design. This phase is fixed fee. Possibly follow on hourly work to incorporate products I source.

Requirements:
- 3D modeling software proficiency (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender)
- Experience in interior modeling
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to provide high-quality, realistic renderings
- Native file at completion

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Background in architecture or interior design

- Strong communication skills for feedback and revisions
