3D House Walkthrough Video

I have a full set of floor plans for my new build, along with several inspiration photos for finishes and landscaping. I need you to turn those materials into a smooth, clean-looking 3D video that guides viewers through every space—interior rooms, exterior façades, and the yard—so family and contractors can visualize the complete design before construction begins.

The look I’m after is a tidy, architectural-style render rather than photoreal cinema; think the polished visuals you’d see in SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, or similar packages. Light, materials, and furnishings should read clearly without drifting into hyper-real textures. This walkthrough should focus on spatial flow and features like raked ceilings in Unit A’s family area. Minimal basic furniture is fine to show spaces but no detailed interior design is required.

I will supply:
• PDF/DWG floor plans and elevations
• Reference photos that capture the mood for key rooms and landscaping
• An initial MP4 of the pool area as a base idea

You will deliver a narrated or caption-free walkthrough video (1080p or higher, MP4 preferred) that:
• Starts with an exterior fly-in, circles the structure, then transitions indoors
• Moves logically from foyer through main living areas, bedrooms, and utility rooms
• Finishes with a garden and patio sweep, showing yard layout and planting zones
• Runs roughly 2–3 minutes, long enough to appreciate each zone without lingering

Please include any software you intend to use and your estimated turnaround. A short preview or stills midway through the project will help me confirm direction before you render the final sequence.

Happy to discuss complexity of the render to provide a cost-effective solution. The file lot14 Elsa 011126 has the final changes written in pen that will be reflected on our final plan. The other plan has no pen changes and will be easier to extract data without writing on it.
