I'm seeking a skilled 3D designer to create a comprehensive design for a multi-specialty hospital. The project includes both exterior building design and detailed interior design for various departments.

Requirements:
- 3D modeling and rendering expertise
- Experience in designing commercial buildings, specifically healthcare facilities
- Detailed interior design for:
- Patient rooms and wards
- Operating theaters and treatment rooms
- Reception and waiting areas
- All other hospital departments

Ideal Skills:
