3D Elevation & Modern Landscaping

I have attached the full floor plan for my residence and now need it brought to life. The scope covers four tightly-linked tasks:

• A complete 3D elevation of the entire building, showing materials, colours and lighting exactly as proposed in the plan
• Terrace decoration designed in accordance with the layout provided, integrated seamlessly into the overall look
• Balcony, garden and parking-area landscaping on the ground floor, all developed in a clean, modern style that favours simple geometry and contemporary hardscape finishes
• High-quality renders (day and night), plus the original editable files so I can make minor tweaks later if needed

I work best with clear milestones, so please outline how you would phase modelling, texturing and final rendering. My preference is for tools such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, AutoCAD—or equivalent software that can deliver photorealistic output.
