3D Design and Photorealistic Renders Needed

I'm redesigning my son's bedroom / reading & play nook and need a 3D designer to turn my mood-board concept into photorealistic renders and a working SketchUp 3D model. Current-state photos, a rough floor plan, and detailed wall-by-wall design references are provided (attached).

Build an accurate SketchUp 3D model of the existing room (walls, window, door, and dimensions as shown in the floor plan/photos).

Model and place all new furniture/decor per the wall-by-wall brief below.

Produce photorealistic renders (V-Ray, Enscape, or similar) of each wall/angle, plus at least one full-room overview render.

Deliver the final .skp file (editable, organized layers/groups) along with high-res render images (min. 3000px wide, JPG/PNG).

What I'll Provide
Current-state photos of all 4 walls
Annotated reference images with product/style examples for each wall
Rough floor plan with wall dimensions
Reference photos for specific furniture pieces (shelving, daybed, floor cushion, beds, rug, prints)
