3D Café Architectural Design

I’m developing a new café concept and need a complete architectural package built around realistic, presentation-ready 3D work. The scope centres on both interior and exterior visuals: photorealistic renders, walk-through animations or fly-arounds, and any supporting stills that convincingly communicate lighting, materials, furniture, façade treatments and branding elements.

I’ll supply mood-board images, basic sketches and key dimensions as soon as we agree on the collaboration. From there I’m looking for you to translate those references into:

• Detailed 3D models of the full space (interior zones, terrace and street frontage)
• High-resolution static renders from multiple angles, suitable for investor decks and planning approvals
• A short animated tour (30–60 seconds) showcasing flow and ambience
• Source files in your native software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit or similar) plus exported formats I can open in common viewers

There’s no hard deadline, so you can focus on quality and refinement; we’ll iterate until the look and proportions feel right. If you’ve handled café, restaurant or hospitality visualisation before, include that in your reply along with a link to your strongest comparable work.
