We need an experienced 3D artist or architectural visualization specialist to create a complete, web-ready 3D model of a two-story residential house with an attached garage and basement.

This is a 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and optimization project only. The final model will be used in a browser-based 3D walkthrough, so it must be clean, organized, optimized, and exported correctly as glTF/GLB.

Project Scope
Phase 1 — Architecture and Exterior
Model a complete two-story house with attached garage and basement.

Create exterior massing, roof, walls, windows, doors, driveway, front walk, entrance, and basic landscaping.

Build an open-sightline main floor with a clearly visible staircase connecting to both the upper floor and basement.

Model accurate interior walls, floors, ceilings, staircases, door openings, and window openings.

Use realistic residential proportions and a clean, organized scene hierarchy.

Phase 2 — Interior Look and Materials
Furnish all main rooms in a modest, middle-class residential style: comfortable and realistic, not ultra-luxury.

Add basic furniture, kitchen units, sanitary fixtures, lighting fixtures, doors, and simple décor.

Create realistic PBR materials for walls, flooring, wood, tile, fabric, glass, metal, roofing, concrete, and landscaping.

Set up neutral daylight for the exterior and practical interior lighting.

Keep the model optimized for real-time browser viewing on desktop and mobile.

Phase 3 — Safety and Utility Geometry
Model the following as real 3D geometry, each as a separately named object or node:

Fire sprinkler network: piping, sprinkler heads, riser, water-supply connection, and valve assembly.

Smoke alarms in appropriate rooms.

Fire exits and exit-signage geometry.

Main electrical panel and relevant sub-panels.

Water/gas shut-off valves with recognizable handles.

These objects must be cleanly separated and named so they can later be used as clickable hotspot objects in the web application.

Phase 4 — Walkthrough Assets
Create one smooth exterior-to-interior walkthrough camera animation or camera path.

Organize the scene by floors/levels for easy scene management.

Ensure walls, floors, stairs, and doorways are suitable for future free-roam navigation.

Provide a clear object-naming structure and hotspot-ready node list.

Required Deliverables
Editable Blender source file: .blend

Final optimized web model: .glb

Optional separate-texture version: .gltf + .bin + texture folder

All texture source files and exported texture maps

Walkthrough camera animation/path

Scene hierarchy and object-naming document

Hotspot-ready object list, including sprinklers, alarms, exits, electrical panels, and shut-off valves

Short instructions for replacing textures and identifying hotspot-ready objects

Technical Requirements
Software: Blender is preferred.

Scale: real-world scale in meters.

Orientation: Y-up, compatible with glTF/three.js.

Materials: PBR / Principled BSDF; bake procedural materials before export.

Final format: binary .glb; optional .gltf for easier texture replacement.

Textures: maximum 2K for major surfaces; use 1K where sufficient.

Geometry: clean topology, efficient polygon count, no unresolved modifiers, no unnecessary high-poly detail.

Optimization: Meshopt or Draco compression preferred, while preserving named nodes for future hotspot attachment.

Target: smooth performance on standard desktop and mobile browsers, with no plugins.

File organization: logical collections/layers for exterior, each floor, garage, basement, furniture, lighting, and safety/utility objects.

Ideal Candidate
Strong portfolio in architectural visualization, residential interiors, or real-estate 3D modeling.

Experience creating optimized models for WebGL, virtual tours, game engines, or interactive 3D web experiences.

Strong modeling, UV unwrapping, PBR texturing, lighting, and baking skills.

Experience exporting clean glTF/GLB assets from Blender.

Able to work from floor plans, references, or an agreed layout.

Good communication and organized file delivery.

Please include examples of previous residential/architectural 3D work, especially any web-ready, low-poly, real-time, or interactive-tour assets.

Application Questions
Which software do you use for modeling, texturing, and glTF/GLB export?

Share 2–3 portfolio examples closest to this project, preferably residential or web-ready 3D scenes.

What is your typical polygon count and texture budget for a browser-ready house model?

Have you previously created models for three.js, Babylon.js, Unity WebGL, or interactive virtual tours?

What is your estimated timeline and number of revision rounds included?
