3D Architectural Renders from Barndominium Floor Plans (Screenshots Only)

I’m a licensed general contractor looking for a 3D artist or architectural visualizer to turn my barndominium plans into a 3D model. I only need still images (screenshots or rendered views) of the finished model. I don’t need a file I can manipulate or edit.

What I’ll provide:

Floor plans and elevations (PDF)
Dimensions, roof pitch, and basic material and finish notes
Any reference photos for the look I’m going for

What I need back:

Exterior views from at least 4 angles (front, back, and both sides)
Interior views of the main living areas, kitchen, and primary suite
High-resolution images (JPG or PNG)
One round of revisions to adjust materials, colors, or small details

Ideal freelancer:

Experience with architectural visualization (SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Twinmotion, Blender, or similar)
A portfolio that includes residential or barndominium-style projects
Clear communication and reliable turnaround
