3D Architectural Modeler for Surrey Developments

We are seeking an experienced 3D Architectural Modeler / Blender Artist to support a City of Surrey development visualization proposal and, if awarded, project delivery.

The work is expected to involve approximately 35–50 planned or under-construction development projects. Models will be integrated into an interactive GIS/Web-3D platform, so they must be accurate, visually effective, and optimized for browser performance.

We need someone who can:
- Create architectural 3D models from site plans, elevations, drawings, renderings, dimensions, heights, and planning information
- Produce both simple building massing/extrusions and more detailed architectural models depending on available source data
- Optimize geometry, polygon counts, materials, textures, UVs, and file sizes for web use
- Deliver GLB/GLTF or comparable web-ready formats
- Provide editable source files
- Maintain consistent scale, naming, positioning, and asset organization
- Work efficiently across a large portfolio of development projects
- Coordinate with GIS/Web-3D developers for integration
- Support revisions, QA, documentation, and final handover

Preferred experience includes Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, architectural visualization, real estate development, urban planning, municipal projects, Cesium, ArcGIS, Three.js, Mapbox, WebGL, or digital twins.

- Hourly rate and/or project pricing
- Estimated total cost or range for a 35–50 project modelling package
- Availability through February 2027
- Any software, asset, or licensing costs
- Confirmation that final models and editable source files can be transferred to the client
- Confirmation that you are comfortable being identified as a proposed specialist/subcontractor if selected
- Availability to participate in a City interview or demonstration if shortlisted
- Ability to provide reasonable Pacific Time overlap for key meetings

This is currently a proposal-stage opportunity. Formal engagement would be contingent on Moovmynt Technology Inc. being awarded the City contract.
