3D Animated Story Conversion

I'm seeking a skilled animator to convert short stories into high-quality 3D animations aimed at an adult audience. The stories will convert to approximately 10 minutes of animation run-time. Being able to develop the look and feel of the characters, establishing the 3-D "mood" and quickly storybook the tales are important skills.
Examples of previous work will be an important factor in making a selection of the successful designer.
