We are looking for a creative, result-oriented Social Media Marketer who can take complete ownership of our social media presence and help us build a strong B2B + B2C digital brand.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

* Develop and execute a 360° social media strategy
* Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & other relevant platforms
* Create engaging Reels, videos, product posts, carousels, stories & promotional creatives
* Product photography/video planning and content creation
* Video editing and poster/creative designing using AI tools
* Write captions, hooks, scripts, hashtags and CTAs
* Build monthly content calendars
* Grow followers, reach, engagement and brand visibility
* Generate qualified leads through social media
* Run and optimize social media advertising campaigns
* Study competitors and identify trending content
* Create campaigns around new products, offers, exhibitions and festivals
* Manage customer engagement, comments and social media enquiries
* Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports
* Continuously experiment with AI-powered content creation and marketing tools

We’re Looking For Someone Who

* Has practical experience in social media marketing
* Understands Reels/short-form video marketing
* Can independently create or coordinate professional posters and videos
* Has knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or similar tools
* Is comfortable using ChatGPT and other AI tools
* Understands Meta Ads and basic digital advertising
* Has strong creative thinking and a good understanding of branding
* Can work independently and take responsibility for results
* Experience in manufacturing, B2B, hospitality, kitchenware or lifestyle products will be an advantage

We are not looking for someone who only posts content.

We need someone who can think like a Social Media Manager + Content Creator + Digital Marketer + Brand Builder and help turn our social media into a consistent source of brand visibility and business enquiries.

Compensation

Freelancer / Agency / Individual — Compensation will be based on experience, portfolio and scope of work.
