I need a full architectural drawing set created in Autodesk Revit for a double-story ranch-style home that fits within a 32 ft × 40 ft footprint and complies with current U.S. residential building codes. The layout must incorporate an attached garage and follow the proportions and low-sloped rooflines typical of a classic ranch while still leaving me flexibility for interior room placement (Floor Plan and Model pictures will be provided).
Here is what I expect at hand-off:
• A clean, well-organized Revit (.rvt) model using standard U.S. families and object styles
• Complete sheet set in PDF (floor plan, roof plan, elevations, building sections, wall section, MEPs, door/window schedules, and code notes) ready for permit submission
• All dimensions, annotations, and details referenced to the International Residential Code and any typical U.S. regional amendments
• Model and sheets set up so I can adjust finishes or minor dimensions without breaking views or schedules
I will review the Revit file for accuracy in footprints, garage integration, and code compliance before releasing final approval. Let me know your estimated turnaround and any information you still need to start.
