30s 2D/3D Cartoon Animations

I have a series of short audio scripts—each running between 30 seconds and one minute—that need to be brought to life through lively, cartoon-style animation. Sometimes the story calls for flat 2D motion graphics, other times a playful 3D scene fits better, and on a few occasions I’ll want to blend both approaches in a single clip. The final goal is pure entertainment, so timing, comedic exaggeration, and appealing character design are critical.

Here’s how I picture the workflow: I send over a voice-over track and its timing sheet, we agree on a quick storyboard or animatic, and you handle layout, character rigging, animation, simple effects, and final compositing. Clean, colorful visuals and smooth lip-sync are must-haves. Please deliver in HD (1920×1080) MP4 with the audio perfectly synced; I’ll also need the source project files in case we revisit a scene later.
