I have a brand-new consumer product idea that’s still at the white-board stage, and I need half an hour with an experienced mechanical design engineer to give it shape. The goal of our live session is to leave me with a clear, practical concept I can carry into detailed design and prototyping.

What we’ll do in the call
• Walk through the functional requirements I’ve drafted.
• Brainstorm mechanisms, materials, and manufacturing approaches on the spot.
• Capture quick screen sketches or block diagrams in the CAD tool you’re most comfortable with—SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Onshape, even tablet sketching works as long as I get a file afterward.
• Flag the highest-risk areas and outline next steps so nothing important slips through the cracks.

Deliverable
Within 24 hours of the session, I’d like a concise PDF or image bundle that includes the rough sketches, key dimensions or constraints we discussed, and a bullet list of your main recommendations.

You bring the know-how in conceptual product development; I’ll bring the requirements and questions. If you can fit a focused 30-minute slot into your schedule this week, let’s get started.
