30-Minute 3D Christmas Animation

Christmas After Midnight is a 30-minute, family-friendly fantasy about Rowan Vale, a young apprentice After Keeper who discovers Christmas magic doesn’t vanish when the clock strikes twelve—it simply shifts to a hidden realm that must be protected. The script and storyboards are complete; what remains is turning those pages into a fully produced 3D animated film.

Scope of work
The entire production pipeline is in your hands. From modelling and rigging the characters and environments to lighting, animating, rendering, voice casting/recording, sound design, score mixing and final picture edit, I need a single studio or tightly coordinated team that can deliver a polished, cinematic-quality movie in a modern 3D animated style.

Key tools and expectations are industry standards—Maya, Blender, Houdini, Unreal, or equivalent for animation and rendering; Pro Tools, Reaper or similar for ADR, Foley and final mix—so long as the final output meets broadcast/streaming specs (4K UHD master, 5.1 mix plus stereo fold-down).

Deliverables
• A 30-minute finished film, ready for distribution (4K .mov or .mp4, 5.1 + stereo WAV).
• Separate dialogue, music and effects stems.
• Project files (scenes, rigs, textures) archived for future use.
• Credits list and legal clearances for all voice and audio assets.

Acceptance criteria
The picture must match the approved animatic in timing, exhibit smooth character performance at 24 fps, include fully synced dialogue, and pass a QC review for audio balance, loudness and colour consistency.

I’m flexible on workflow as long as milestones are clear: asset build, first animation pass, lighting/render tests, rough cut with temp audio, final mix and picture lock. Let’s discuss schedule and any pipeline preferences so we can bring Rowan’s after-hours Christmas adventure to life.
