30-Hour YouTube Audio Compression

I will give you a single 30-hour YouTube link and need two MP3 files that contain the complete audio track, nothing removed—just drastically time-compressed.

• Mini version: no longer than 10 seconds
• Regular version: 20 – 30 seconds

I am not after a summary, highlights, or memorable moments; the instruction is to use the whole thing. The audio must simply be sped up so that the entire original fits inside each target length, with the voices kept recognisable and no sections cut. Please export both files as small, standard-bitrate MP3s and label them clearly.

Whoever delivers the job perfectly gets it. the entire audio file must be in the compressed version, do not move, delete, edit, remove, anything. I want the 30h audio file to be within the 7 second file.
