3-Month Social Content Internship

For the next three months I need an energetic intern who can take full ownership of our Facebook and Instagram feeds. Your focus will be to grow our follower base through fresh, engaging social media posts and short-form videos that feel native to each platform.

Here’s how the internship is structured:
• Duration: 12 weeks, starting as soon as you’re ready.
• Compensation: ₹6,000 per month plus a performance-based bonus.
• Workload: Around 20 hours a week, with daily check-ins on Slack and a weekly strategy call.

What you’ll actually do
You will pitch content ideas, shoot or source assets, edit them in Canva, CapCut or the tool you’re most comfortable with, write the captions, schedule in Meta Business Suite, and track basic analytics so we can see follower growth week over week. I’ll provide brand guidelines, past creatives, and access to our asset library; you bring the creativity and consistency.

Success looks like:
1. Create a suitable content calendar
2. Visual and copy style that matches our brand voice.
3. Clear upward trend in followers and engagement by the end of Month 3.
