2nd Level House Plan Design

My family home in Bangladesh needs a well-planned second level of roughly 1,900 sq ft. I want this floor to hold four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dedicated dining area, a kitchen and at least one balcony. The layout should balance openness with privacy—shared zones can flow together, while the bedrooms and baths remain clearly enclosed.

I already have an electronic copy of the existing ground-floor drawings, so you’ll be able to align columns, stairwell and service shafts without guesswork. Please keep structural realities in mind, group the two baths back-to-back for plumbing efficiency, and allow good cross-ventilation and daylight in every room.

Deliverables
• Dimensioned 2D floor plan in DWG (or Revit) and matching PDF ready for my local engineer
• Basic furniture placement to illustrate circulation
• One printable sheet at 1:100 (or similar) scale
• At least one revision round after my review
