2D RV Park Community Map

I’m putting the finishing touches on the layout for a new RV-trailer community and need a clear, professional site map that lets everyone involved see exactly where each thing is visible in picture form so it’s easy to see everything. The view must be a 2D overhead plan or something similar,, and I’d like it created cleanly enough for presentations yet detailed enough for contractors on the ground.

We don’t need professional, we just need it to look nice.

What I need illustrated/created:

• All individual RV pads (Home Areas) numbered or clearly labeled each, with drive lanes and guest parking.
• Pathways and interior roads laid out with basic landscaping, trees, etc so the flow of traffic and foot-traffic is obvious.
• Utility or service zones you normally expect in an RV park (water, power, septic area) so the drawing feels complete.
• Highlighted amenities: trash-can area, the main mailbox cluster, and the small park which is just walk path with benches, each called out with easy-to-spot icons or color codes.

Deliverables
• High-resolution PNG for quick sharing.
• An editable vector file so I can tweak lot numbers or landscaping later.
• Two revision rounds included after your first draft so we can tell you to change small details and labeling.
