2D Plan to SketchUp Model

I have a complete set of floor-plan drawings in a CAD file and need them translated into a fully navigable SketchUp model that shows both the exterior massing and the complete interior shell—walls, doors, windows, ceilings, flooring, stairwells, roof geometry—ready for further detailing. All dimensions in the CAD file are accurate, so I expect the geometry in SketchUp to follow those measurements precisely; no scaling by eye.

Along with the native .skp file, please keep layers, groups, and components organised so I can isolate floors and turn elements on or off easily. Texturing can stay simple placeholders (white walls, glass material, roof tiles) as the priority is geometry accuracy and clean organisation. When you deliver, I’ll run a few quick dimension checks against the CAD to confirm everything lines up and do a walk-through of the model to ensure no missing openings or duplicate faces.
